About

es ORO Gallery
es ORO Gallery (est 2007 in Jersey City, NJ by Eto Otitigbe) was an "artist run" exhibition space that provided unique exhibition opportunities for artists who worked with new media, performance, and installation. The space consisted of a 400 square foot white box gallery with street level storefront windows, a back office workshop and a flexible outdoor performance space/ garden. The physical space closed in 2009. Now es ORO operates as the commercial counterpart to Polymedia Projects.
Oro means gold in Spanish and several other languages. es Oro can either be a question or exclamation depending on ones point of view. We feel the process of creating new work is similar to searching for something of deep value.
Polymedia Projects
Polymedia Projects (est 2008) is a 501c3 Non-Profit arts organization.
